Lately after our weekend long runs, we've been treating ourselves to fresh watermelon. It's quite refreshing! Especially these last few weeks with the humidity being SOOO high! This summer is BRUTAL! I'm completely exhausted after a long run. We run at 5:30 am, the coolest time of the day. But when the coolest is 78 degrees with a high of 99, there's no relief. We've done good staying hydrated and taking it easy.
